Green Jockey  brand  is  bleached wheat flour. It uses for open top bread, filling buns,

bread making by machine and other varieties of breads.  The flour contains high quality of

gluten and can correct mistakes from over mixing, sheeting and proofing in some extent  and

still gives big volume of bread.
