Wheat bran


Wheat bran is the outer layer of the wheat grains, which is removed when the wheat is processed into refined flour. Wheat bran is the source of natural fiber, Vitamin (B1, B2, B6 and E), phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and selenium. High in protein and unsaturated  fat  with no cholesterol.

Wheat germ is suitable for making diet supplement and health food, can be roasted and eaten or mixed in food, milk and coffee for nutrients.
