Wheat germ

Wheat germ is the reproductive part  that germinate to graw into the plant. It is the embryo of the seed : Wheat germ is a concentrated source of several essential nutrients including Vitamin(B1, B2, B6 and E), phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, high protein and fatty acids with no cholesterol.
